At Mida Health, we make receiving your supplements as seamless as taking them. Here’s how shipping works for orders placed on midahealth.com.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed directly on midahealth.com are normally fulfilled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • We partner with a trusted U.S.-based fulfillment network that uses advanced automation to pick, pack, and ship your order with accuracy and care.

  • When you select Buy with Prime at checkout, your order is shipped directly from our Amazon FBA inventory through Amazon’s delivery network.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on U.S. orders over $60 and up to 180$ for all contiguous states. Otherwise, rate will be as calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Buy with Prime: Eligible items display the Prime logo and include fast, free shipping. Delivery times are shown at checkout.

Note: Carrier delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, and Puerto Rico.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

  • For Buy with Prime orders, Amazon will also provide real-time tracking updates.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or result in additional shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to product safety regulations, dietary supplements cannot be returned once shipped — this includes Buy with Prime orders.
