Thank you for trusting us with your wellness journey! We always strive to exceed our customers' expectations and if for any reason, those expectations weren't met, we'll do our best to address them. Quality, Integrity, and Transparency are at the forefront of our brand, and guide us in everything we do, whether it be customer-facing or not.Â
Due to safety and applicable US regulations, we’re unable to accept returns on dietary supplements, even if unopened. This policy helps ensure product integrity and complies with FDA guidelines that prohibit reselling returned supplements.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your first order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. While we don’t require returns, we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a full refund (minus applicable shipping, if applicable) or replacement.
Please email support@midahealth.com with your order number and a brief explanation, and our team will take it from there.
We must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please share necessary details to retrieve your order from our system.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We encourage you to provide any necessary details or images to process your request or address your concern. If you have a product quality issue, please hold on to it and note the lot number and expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle and include it in your communication.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items that are less than 60-days of their expiration date. Â Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve assessed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This may take up to 5 business days. If approved, you’ll have the option to be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or receive in the form of a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
