Refund policy

Thank you for trusting us with your wellness journey! We always strive to exceed our customers expectations and if for any reason, those expectations weren't met, we'll do our best to address them. Quality, Integrity, and Transparency are at the forefront of our brand, and guide us in everything we do, whether it be customer-facing or not. 

Orders outside the USA: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any orders outside of US territory.

Orders within the USA: You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to request a return, refund, or exchange.

In order to maintain the highest product integrity and safety, the following conditions must be true for your item to be eligible for a refund:

a) Product must be in the condition that it was received: unused, with product labels affixed, and in its original primary packaging (including the tamper seal).

b) We must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please share necessary details to retrieve your order from our system.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@midahealth.com, including the necessary details to retrieve your order and confirm affected items.  Alternatively, you may begin the process via this link.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We encourage you to provide any necessary details or images to process your request or address your concern. If you have a product quality issue, please hold on to it and note the lot number and expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items that are less than 60-days of their expiration date.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
