After trying so many products that didn’t work, Zenful Sleep is the only one that helped without any side effects. Side note: it contains magnesium citrate, which is great but can't be taken on empty stomach.

As someone who takes prescription to sleep I decided to give it a try since I would love to take a more natural approach. It did not help me fully sleep the entire night but I feel a little bit more calm before bed. The effect is very light on me, but I love the ingredients and the feeling of being a bit less stressed. I think I'll keep using it for a few more weeks to see if I reorder or not.
I tried these for a few days but had no real noticeable results; my wife, on the other hand, has come to swear by these, they give her a solid night's sleep without sluggishness or grogginess. Good quality ingredients, and made in the USA. 90 capsules so basically a 30-day supply. I probably should have given it longer, but I need stronger and more immediate results. Like I said, the wife says they work for her, so I would say if you have occasional sleep difficulties these are probably sufficient, but if you suffer from more serious insomnia, I wouldn't expect much.
